Ditched linear earthworks on the east side of Stony Lane, Burton, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs (1).

The features are considered to be drainage ditches of probable post medieval date.

The features can still be faintly seen on current Google Earth imagery. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
