Summary

A series of ditched linear features on the west side of Stoney Lane, Purewell, are visible on 1940s aerial photographs. The features are considered to be post medieval drainage ditches. They were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

A series of ditched linear features are visible on the west side of Stoney Lane, Purewell, on 1940s aerial photographs (1).

The site was redeveloped as industrial works on 2000 Google imagery (2).

The features were digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
