Full Description
A double-ditched linear is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs running for over 600m to the west of North Farm, Woodlands (1-2). It is considered likely to be a trackway of prehistoric or Roman origin and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. Several linear ditches run perpendicularly from the trackway, these are likely to be contemporary field boundaries. Several other sections of field boundary lie to the south and west.
