Full Description
A small sub-oval cropmark to the northeast of Avenue Lodge, St Giles's Park, is visible on 1997 aerial photographs (1 and 2).
The feature is 9.5m long by 7.75m wide and may represent a prehistoric barrow of Bronze Age origin, although the small size may alternatively indicate a later, possibly Iron Age, date.
The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.
