Summary

A possible Bronze Age barrow to the northwest of Glebe Farm, Wimborne St Giles, is visible as a sub-oval cropmark on a 1989 aerial photograph. The feature measures 11.8m by 17.2m. Its sub-oval character may reflect some loss through plough action. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

A sub-oval cropmark to the northwest of Glebe Farm, Wimborne St Giles, is visible on a 1989 aerial photograph. <1>

The feature measures 11.8m by 17.2m and is presumed to represent a Bronze Age barrow. Its sub-oval character may reflect some loss through plough action.

The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.
