A semi-circular cropmark at Knowlton is visible on a 1954 aerial photograph. The feature may represent a partial ring ditch associated with a Bronze Age barrow. The feature was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP project.

The feature measures around 8m across and may represent part of a ring ditch associated with a small barrow, probably of Bronze Age origin but a later date is possible.
