Old Chalk Pits are marked on the OS 1st edition map to the west Bidcombe Mill, Gussage All Saints (1). They are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 (2) and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The features are still extant on lidar imagery (3)
