Full Description
Lynchets are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the southwest of Bowerswain House on Whiteway Hill, Gussage All Saints (1). They are of uncertain date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. Some of the lynchets follow boundaries marked on the OS 1st edition map (2) but they may have a much earlier (even prehistoric) origin.
