Summary

Formerly called 'Wisteria'. A house formed from two cottages thought to have been a house built in the 17th century and extended in the 18th century. The building has walls of rubble with brick and a thatched roof. One wall is of banded flint and rubble, and there is some timber framing.

‘Unless otherwise described the following are 18th-century cottages with rubble walls and thatched roofs … (17) Cottages, two adjoining (80731090), have now been converted into one house. The S. front has a plinth of coursed rubble with brick refacing above it; the E. end wall is of banded flint and rubble; the N. wall has rubble in the lower storey and timber-framing above.’
