Full Description

A ditched curvilinear feature visible as a cropmark in a field to the northeast of Amen Corner, Gussage All Saints, on 2002 aerial photographs may represent a section of a prehistoric ring ditch, although an agricultural origin is also possible (1 and 2).

The curvilinear feature is 21m across and, if it is a ring ditch, would represent the southern half of a full circular feature.

The feature is within a modern cropping field and may be vulnerable to ploughing. It was digitally plotted by the Dorset Stour NMP.
