Summary

A ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1992 to the south of the River Crane at Horton Farm, Horton. It is 20m across, lies within 145m of two further ring ditches described MDO39843 and 5 and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. These features may be the sites of Bronze Age round barrows or later prehistoric round houses.

A ring ditch is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs taken in 1992 to the south of the River Crane at Horton Farm, Horton (1) . It is 20m across, lies within 145m of two further ring ditches described MDO39843 and 5 and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. These features may be the sites of Bronze Age round barrows or later prehistoric round houses.
