Full Description
A series of ditched trackways are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 running roughly east-west across Horton Common (Royal Air Force 1946). The features are considered to be of medieval or later date and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. They appear to post date the field boundaries described in MDO39832 and predate the Salisbury and Dorset Junction Railway which cuts through them.
