Summary

Full Description

Two hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery on Dewlands Common, Verwood (1-2). The features are considered to be the sites of post medieval extractive pits. They are associated with a linear feature, possibly a trackway or field boundary and were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
