A hollow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 (1). The feature is considered to be the site of a post medieval extractive pit. The site has since been plough-levelled and is no longer visible on lidar DTM (2). It was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
