Three extractive pits are visible as earthworks on lidar imagery within Paul`s Copse. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. They are in an area where many chalk pits are marked on the OS first edition map and woods to the south of Paul`s Copse are called Old Clay Ground.
