Full Description

A double ditched feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 running eastwards from Alderholt Park (1). It is considered to be a track or roadway of post medieval or earlier date and was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The site was partially levelled for pasture improvement in the 1970s but is still visible as a low earthwork on Google Earth imagery (2).
