Full Description

Possible site of a medieval or later pillow mound. The feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946, it was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. This is an elogated mound orientated roughly east-west, it is 20m by 8m with a flanking ditch. The features is probably still extant but under trees on recent imagery (2).
