Possible site of a post medieval extractive pit on Alderholt Common visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946 . The feature was digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP. The site has since been ploughed (2) and the features are no longer visible on recent digital imagery (3).
