Summary

A series of ditched trackways of probable late 19th century or early 20th century origin are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 running northeast southwest across Ashley Heath. The system has since been destroyed by 20th century housing. The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.

Full Description

A series of ditched trackways of probable late 19th century or early 20th century origin are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 running northeast southwest across Ashley Heath (1). The system has since been destroyed by 20th century housing (2-3). The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
