Full Description
A line of five small hollows are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 in the corner formed by Ringwood Road and Brocks Pine (1). The features are 6-9m across and may be Second World War impact craters or shell holes. This area has not been disturbed by modern development but the features appear to have been plough-levelled and are no longer visible on recent imagery (2). The features were digitally plotted during the Dorset Stour NMP.
