Full Description
Two historic banked field boundaries to the north of Waddon Hill, Stoke Abbott, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1) and 1970s (2). The boundaries are considered to be post medieval in origin, although an earlier date is possible. The banks are still faintly visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (3). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
