Bank and ditched field boundaries of medieval or later date are visible as low earthworks aerial photographs taken in 1947 (1) to the north of Synderford Coppice. The features are still visible as earthworks on recent lidar imagery (2) and were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
