Full Description
A small post medieval extractive pit to the southeast of Spring House, Broadwindsor, is visible as an earthwork around 33m long on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1) and 1970s (2). The site is still visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (3). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
