A small post medieval extractive pit to the east of Cottage Farm, Broadwindsor, is visible as earthworks around 37m in length on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1). The site is still visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (2). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
