Two hollows are visible as cropmarks and earthworks on aerial photographs to the west of Spillers Copse (1). They are marked on the OS 1st edition map (2) and are considered likely to be post medieval extractive pits or dewponds. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
