Summary

A linear ditched feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to the east of Water House Farm. It is considered likely to be field boundary of medieval or post medieval date. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A linear ditched feature is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 to the east of Water House Farm (1). It is considered likely to be field boundary of medieval or post medieval date. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The feature is been plough-levelled and is no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery (2).
