Summary
A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Higher Park Farm. It is 30m across and marked as a solid feature on the OS 1st edition map, straddling a (now removed) field boundary. The feature is considered likely to be an extractive pit or dewpond of post medieval origin. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Full Description
A hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery to the south of Higher Park Farm. It is 30m across and marked as a solid feature on the OS 1st edition map, straddling a (now removed) field boundary (2). The feature is considered likely to be an extractive pit or dewpond of post medieval origin. The site was digitally plotted during the Marchwood Vale NMP.
