Monument record MDO38632 - Historic field boundaries, Newgate Farm, Broadwindsor

Historic ditched field boundaries to the southeast of Newgate Farm are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in the 1940s. They appear to sub divide enclosures of probable post medieval origin but within a wider medieval field pattern so a post medieval or earlier date is likely. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
