Monument record MDO38630 - Undated enclosure, Northwood, Wootton Fitzpaine

The potential site of a curvilinear ditched enclosure of uncertain date is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the north east of Northwood. The enclosure is 72m across and only the northern half visible. It is possibly of historic date and may aternatively be a trackway. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP., they have since been levelled but are still faintly visible on more recent Google Earth imagery (2).
