Full Description
A unit of post medieval narrow ridge and furrow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the north east of Stubb's Bridge (1). The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. They are considered to be the remains of 19th or early 20th century ploughing but a more recent origin is possible. The ridges have since been levelled.
