An historic banked field boundary to the southeast of Lowdown Farm is visible as an earthwork on a Lidar survey of 2010 (1). The boundary appear to sub divide enclosures of probable medieval origin, suggesting a possible post medieval date, although an earlier origin is possible. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
