A post medieval extractive pit about 26m in length to the north of Temple Farm is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1). The extractive pit is still visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (2). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
