Full Description
An extractive pit or dewpond to the northeast of Wall Farm is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1) and (2). The site measures around 21 m in diameter. It is not shown on the OS First Edition historic mapping but is probably post medieval in origin.The site is still visible on the latest Google Earth imagery (3). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
