Full Description
A series of regular ditched features to the southwest of Swillets Farm are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs of the 1940s (1). Their arrangement may suggest a post medieval origin, although this is not certain. They may also be natural drainage features associated with natural springs in this area. The ditched features are still partially visible on the latest Google Earth imagery 2). The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
