Summary

A house built in the early 18th century. The building is built on an L-shaped plan with walls of rubble and a tiled roof with brick chimney stacks. Surviving features of the interior are reported to include a staircase and dado, and niches with moulded surroudns and shaped shelving.

‘ST 76973018. Adcroft House of two storeys and cellar has rubble walls and tiled roofs, dating from the early 18th century. The drawing room in the angle between the west and north ranges is of the first half of the 19th century.’
