Summary

Parallel cultivation marks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948, to the south of Lower Henwood. They are considered to be the remains of medieval or later ridge and furrow. The features have since been levelled and are no longer visible on the latest Google earth imagery. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

Parallel cultivation marks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948, to the south of Lower Henwood (1).
