Full Description
Narrow ridge and furrow is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948, in fields to the north of Brighthay Farm (1). It appears to overlie the field system described in MDO38417 and is considered to be of post medieval origin. The features have been levelled and are no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
