Summary

A large area of parallel ridging is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the south of Manor Farm, Higher Eype. The features are considered to be cultivation marks of medieval or later date. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A large area of parallel ridging is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 to the south of Manor Farm, Higher Eype (1). The features are considered to be cultivation marks of medieval or later date. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP, they have since been levelled and are no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery.
