Full Description
Two units of post medieval narrow ridge and furrow are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the north of Venn Farm (1-2). The parallel features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. They are considered to be the remains of 19th or early 20th century ploughing but a more recent origin is possible. The ridges have been levelled by modern ploughing and are no longer visible in the most recent Google Earth imagery.
