Full Description

Parallel banked features are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1948 between Castle View Farm and Beerland Farm, Ryall (1). They run roughly east west are are considered to be trackways or field boundaries of medieval or post medieval date. All have since been levelled except the southernmost bank which is clearly a field boundary and still visible on the latest Googel Earth images.
