Summary

A Bronze Age round barrow visible as a well-defined circular chalky soilmark on aerial photographs dated 2005, and as a slightly larger circular cropmark with a diameter of approximately 25 metres on aerial photographs dated 2009.

Full Description

The presence of a distinct, well-defined chalk-rich soilmark in 2005 suggests that some remnant mound material may survive within the perimiter of the annular ditch. The monument may be conjoined with a larger, but rather less well-defined possible ring ditch immediately to the west.
