Full Description
A banked field boundary is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs running north-west across a field on Mintern's Hill (2). It runs up to a field boundary marked on the OS 1st edition map (1) and may be of medieval or post medieval origin. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. The feature forms part of a long linear in the landscape which forms the south-western edge of Beaminster Down and continues along Crabb's Barn Lane.
