Summary

A series of perpendicular field banks is visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery on the steep southwest facing slope to the east of Coombe Down Farm. The features are undated but likely to be of medieval or later date. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.

A series of perpendicular field banks is visible as low earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery on the steep southwest facing slope to the east of Coombe Down Farm (1-2). The features are undated but likely to be of medieval or later date. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
