Full Description
A walled structure of uncertain function is visible as an extant structure on aerial photographs taken in 1947 (1). The feature is rectangular, 16m by 34m, with an internal double-walled structure. It is considered to be of early 20th century origin, possibly military or agricultural in function. The structure has since been levelled and is no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery. It was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
