Full Description

Bowl barrow, 60ft diameter, 2ft high, on the west border of Bradford Peverell parish. <2>

A grass and stubble covered ditchless bowl barrow. 17.5 metres north-south and 20.0 metres east-west. Height 1.0 metres. It appears
to have been pulled out to the east ? by ploughing. <3>

This barrow was 20 paces in diameter and 2 feet in height. <4>

A much ploughed down bowl barrow, 20.5 metres in diameter and 0.4 metres high. There is no sign of a ditch but evidence of an excavation trench across the mound from N.N.W. to S.S.E. Surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. (See ground photograph). <6>

The barrow, in an area of mowing grass, appears to be completely ploughed out. The field is regularly ploughed. 1/7/E
