Full Description
Two parallel banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs to the north of Walnut Farm, Melplash (1). They are in an area marked as orchard on the OS 1st edition map and may be cultivation terraces or boundaries associated with it. The features were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. They has since been destroyed by a modern track and are no longer visible on recent Google Earth imagery.
