Full Description

A complex of what appear to be Second World War military buildings and associated features are visible as structures on aerial photographs taken in 1947 and 1948 (1-2) to the south of Melplash Court Farm. The features cover an area of 4 hectares and include a possible sewerage treatment plant. They were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP. One of the current farm buildings may relate to the military activity.
