Summary

A small group of scarps and banks are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery to the south of Mapperton Lane, Melplash (1-2). They are considered likely to be field lynchets and trackways of medieval or later date. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
