Fragments of a field system of medieval or later date are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs in a field to the south of Whitecross (1-2). Perpendicular lynchets run NE-SW and NW-SE across the 1 hectare field, forming parts of 5 smaller field units. The site was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
