A large linear hollow is visible as earthworks on lidar imagery and aerial photographs running roughly north-south to the north of Oxbridge Farm (1-2). The feature is 190m by 45m in size and considered to be an extractive pit of medieval or later date and was digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP.
